Sold Desert Ridge homes for 1st Half Sept., 2011

There were only 5 sold properties during the first half of September for Desert Ridge and adjoining communities.  This is light, but often there will be higher numbers in the second half of a month.  There are currently 59 properties under contract comprised of 20 pending sales and 39 Active w/ contingency (AWC) which are mostly short sales.

The sold properties included two 2 bedroom condos as well as 3 and 4 bedrooms single family detached homes.  They were:

Huh....Desert Ridge is such a great area (shopping, dining, fwy access, views), I'm really surprised to see such low sales numbers....but that means there's still a good selection of homes available for buyers!

Sharon, You are wise, oh goddess of decor and staging.  Yes Desert Ridge is a great area, but the lower numbers aren't unusual for this time of year when you look at historical numbers.  This is still just the first half and with so many pending and AWC, I'd expect good end of month numbers.
