Pat-I'm not sure if I'm an "expert" but I spend a good deal of time researching what the builders are doing in the area and have a number of homes under contract now with buyers.

Jane-in many of the jurisdictions around here prices have gone up from a year ago and are now holding steady. Though buyers need to understand it fluctuates from neighborhood to neighborhood.
