EXACTLY!  Don! I'm not into self-pomotion. In fact, this is the very first SOLD I ever posted here. However, if someone out there reads this and realizes that we agents are not all the same and that we all have our own marketing plans, then I will continue to do this.  An experienced full time agent who KNOWS the area and has an awesome marketing plan is like money in the bank to a seller.  On the other side of the coin, with condos, a buyer MUST work with an agent who knows the ins and outs of condo buying.  It's not the same transaction as a house purchase.  There's a whole different due diligence involved.
