Rentals........is it your own or are you now doing rentals as well? I try to stay away from them and just do sales........it is just too much diversity for me.

Charlie, This sounds like a lovely place to call home.  Many of us New Englander's have thoughts of retiring to your area.  This home would be a good place for folks to "try out" the area.

Barbara I only do rentals if asked. I am not actively marketing. And I only get the rentor and do the paper work. The day to day is up to the landlord. It gives me 3 things, a check, a rentor who could turn into a buyer, and a home owner who could turn into a listing

Frances It is a great place to live or retire. And it is affordable.
