BLiz, the price of land is expensive and the town takes years to approve subdivisions and with the lack of lending very little new construction is going on...actually many of these homes have 4+ acres too...

Anita, built in the 90's through 2000's there are only a couple of lots left and it is a wonderful area this Quail Hollow neighborhood to live in..
