It's Sunday Open House Time Once Again

This weekend there are 29 Open Houses in the Annapolis zip codes
 21401, 21403 and 21409.

Please remember... when visiting an Open House the agent there is solely representing the Seller which is what I do when I hold an open house. 

If you are already represented by an agent that should not be a problem as many open house agents honor that relationship. Just let them know when you arrive.  HOWEVER if you do not have an agent and would like Buyer Representation when purchasing a home you just may want talk to an agent (like me) who can help you. I would be happy to discuss how Buyer Agency works and how it can help you in your purchase power when buying a home.
