Juli, It appears the Tatum Ranch market is hot-hot-hot and moving! When we hear the words real estate recovery ... Tatum Ranch would certainly come to mind. With a market that hot with properties moving so quickly, Buyers want to be sure to work with a local area specialist who knows the market and knows how to get an offer accepted. That is why they want to call Juli Vosmik.
Thank you, Kathleen. Tatum Ranch is such a great neighborhood and with homes selling so quickly, it's hard to get accepted contracts. One buyer I'm working with has put in 3 contracts just this week, only to be outbid. We're viewing the homes THE DAY they come on the market and writing offers. But, so are quite a few other people, obviously. It pays to be fully prepared these days when trying to buy a home in Tatum Ranch or any of the great neighborhoods in Cave Creek, AZ.

Kathy, it's unbelievable out there!!!! Our supply of active listings across the entire Maricopa county has less than a 3 months supply, except in the over one million dollar range.
