A great home in Mansfield!
Did you get a chance to look at the virtual tour of this home?
As of now, I have this home off-market - but surely, a great home - must see. Surprisingly enough, there were not many showings for this home so far whereas I had many visitors at the open house of this home. So, yes, my marketing seems to be working and people want to stop by at the open house only.
Do you ever list a home that you do not consider as your own 'farm' or 'area'? What happens then? Are you welcomed or treated as an outsider? Would love to know your experience.
