The graph shows average home prices for single family homes in the Buckeye Valley school districts for the past 15 months. The average active (for sale) price in the school district was $321,000 in August 2011. The average sale price in the school district was $202,000 in August 2011.

The $202,000 average sale price is up 20.2% from the average sale price in August 2010.  The average sale price is up 6.3% from July 2011 average sale price.  The average active price for homes in Buckeye Valley schools are up from 2010 as well. 

The median sale price of a home in Buckeye Village was up 28.9% from August 2010 also. You can not see anything about median prices in this graph.
