Fred  As an Realtor in Charlottesville.  I believe this is the best market that we have seen for buyers in the past 10 years.  There is mortgage money available even for those that do not have spotless credit, and the inventory is great.  Seller are even offering help with closing etc.  and you know we haven't seen this in years.
