Last week I began a quest to get a refund from a company that had made a mistake on my billing. You know that feeling you have when you set out to get a refund for something, well I had it. I made the phone call and got a gal on the other end that listened to my reason and she immediately transfered me to the Customer Service Manager himself. Again as I was being transfered I had the same feeling. When he answered I explained my story again. He agreed that I had a case for a refund. He took my email address and sent me an email within 5 minutes of the end of our conversation. He was supposed to check into the situation to me. Each time I emailed him he responded within minutes. Even as late at 9:30pm that evening. By the next afternoon I had word I would be refunded. I found this to be amazing. I dread trying to get a refund from anybody but Jack was not about to argue with me. He openly admitted I was correct and I was. I just did not expect he would agree with me.

I think this is probably what Jack Inman at Netbiz.com lives by. His customer service was incredible. The company he works for is NetBiz.com and they sell paid advertising on google, yahoo and other major search engines. What happened in my case was an ad was placed that should not have been. After my refund was on its way Jack even engaged me in conversation about online business and we got to chatting. Our conversation, especially his responses were very relevant to what many of us are trying to do here. He really has a grasp on online advertising. Even though Jack's company sells paid advertising on search engines I told him about ActiveRain. Jack was skeptical but promised that he would look it over. From Jacks original response I felt like he thought his business and ActiveRain would be like water and oil but I think there is a place for everybody on ActiveRain. There are many vendors on ActiveRain that cater to Realtors and others here. In fact, what better place could be possibly go to and meet so many people that may be in need of his services?
