Janet you are right! Nothing dates a photo more than snow in July. I do think it's a great idea to have some photos of the varied seasons to supplement the post but not as the featured picture!
You are so right...the holidays will be here before we know it!!! This is great advice for anyone thinking of putting their house on the market during that time.
Good words. I have been on the end of people calling at last minute and expecting us to jump through hoops to show them the house in 30 or 60 minutes. Each time we said no thanks 2-4 hr notice is a minimum, not a guarantee, a minimum and if they cant wait that long they are not serious anyway.
