Positive Waves

I don't know how many of you are familiar with the movie Kelly's Heroes?  It happens to be one of my all time favorite movies of all time.  I can't stop chuckling at the continuous contrast of personalities of Oddball, the tank commander and his mechanic.  The mechanic always gripped about something, never positive, never happy.  On the other hand the Commander was always optimistic and forward looking.  I think we can relate to this with the current real estate market.  I believe those who are positive and forward looking will come out stronger than they were before all this started.  Brings up is the glass half empty or half full.  Which are you?

I love that movie!  Great comparison with the real estate market.  We definately have no room for "negative vibes".

John, this is a great post. You know my view on this market. When life gives you lemons make lemonade. As far as the movie goes it's great. If you really understand real estate you know that this was going to happen. Remember just like it started it will end. The question remains not if but when. More importantly will you be in position to make the run back to the top?
