Trusts me not, trusts me....

By
Real Estate Agent with Carolina One Real Estate

When does the trust begin when working with a client?

My opinion, if a client to be, does not trust me and the information that I'm providing at the get-go then the relationship is certain to fail!

A client may not like the information and data that I gather and present.

That is fine!  The data is not fun for almost every seller!

But, if the client does not trust me, then it doesn't matter what I say or show... we won't last.

I promise to give my clients factual data and historical stats that will show what has happened and what is likely to continue so sound decisions can me made and acted upon to move forward.

So pluck away at the flower... when choosing me as your agent, you will surely end with a "trust her" petal!

I totally agree with you trust has to be in any relationship in order for it to work without trust you have nothing. Thanks for sharing.

Laura, I have to laugh at this one - yesterday I showed two houses to some out of town buyers who - while we were in the two houses - were receiving numerous phone calls, probably from every agent with a listing in my neighborhood. If it weren't so pathetic, it would be funny.

Some one here posted about how they will show people house one time without a buyer agency agreement and then after that the lookers need to make a decision.... I'll bet her self-imposed rule evolved after a few showings like this!
