A few markets around the country remain financially sound and are even poised to bounce back, thanks to responsible investment and new business. These cities include: Dallas-Fort Worth, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Atlanta, and Montgomery. Hopefully others will soon follow. While it will take awhile before we are back to a stable market, things are starting to look better as time goes by. When things will back to a state of normal is yet to be seen, rates are still good, find the right people and you have a recipe for success. Now is the time to use your best judgement. |
