Seems like good value for money plus it's located close to downtown Fort Lauderdale.

This is an appealing low rise, low density building well suited to the area, distinctively ‘big city’ in appearance, and an attractive alternative to the Mediterranean and Post-Modern styles that prevail in most New Construction.
Nearby neighbors include Bamboo Flats and Nola Lofts. Originally a rental, this property has converted to condominium ownership and provides some very affordable choices for downtown living.
