Presidio Mirage, built in 1989, is a small, quiet condominium community of twelve units in zip code 92110 at the far western end of Mission Valley. All twelve units have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, 1,259 square feet, and in-unit laundries.

Living at Presidio Mirage allows you to walk to the University of San Diego, the Morena/Linda Vista station for the San Diego Trolley, SeaWorld, and Mission Bay. A short Trolley ride, drive, or bicycle ride gets you to Fashion Valley Mall, the Riverwalk Golf Club, Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego State University, Old Town, and downtown San Diego.

Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach.

HOA fees for Presidio Mirage are $275 a month and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, sewer, water, trash pickup, termite prevention, and limited insurance.

A check with the FHA on June 21, 2011, indicates that Presidio Mirage is FHA approved through April 5, 2012. It is not VA-approved.

Currently there are no units for sale, and units come on the market very rarely. There has been one sale in 2011, the first since 2009:
