Urgent FHA Update:
HUD is lowering the FHA maximum loan limit for the entire country. For us in Arizona, Maricopa & Pinal County FHA loan limits are currently $346,250 but will be reduced to $271,050 as of October 1st 2011.
We will need a FHA Case # by 10/1/11 in order to use the $346,250 limit. The home address is needed to get the FHA Case #. So, if you have any pending contracts for borrowers using FHA financing above $271,050 make sure the lender gets case #s ordered before the end of September.
