Carlton Ridge Subdivision, Warner Robins GA 31088 - Warner Robins Homes

Carlton Ridge Subdivision is located south of Russell Parkway, on highway 41 (entrance), and Carlton Place (entrance) on the west side of Warner Robins Georgia.

Some homes in the Carlton Ridge Subdivision are custom built properties and a few have pools. This Houston County GA subdivision consists of one and two story brick homes. All homes have at least a 2-car garage.

The Carlton Ridge Subdivision in Warner Robins GA is a newer community with well-maintained neighborhoods and a restrictive covenant.

This Warner Robins community is conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, I-75, and Robins Air Force Base.

The Houston County Public Schools for this subdivision are Lake Joy Elementary, Feagin Mill Middle, and Houston County High School.
