Proceeds from this event will benefit Avon Lake Community Resource Service and Avon Lake Sports Hall of Fame.  The course will begin at Bleser Park and end at Avon Lake High School and will include a scenic loop through Avon Lake’s paved Metropark trails.  T-shirts will be given to the first 200 registrations.  $150 will be awarded to the 1st place overall male and female. Awards will also be given to the top three finishers in each age division.  There will be a “Kids Fun Run” at 10:15 AM that will begin and end on the track at Avon Lake High School Memorial Stadium.  Fruit, cookies, beverages, and awards for the Kids Fun Run participants will be provided after the race. 

 

Online registration deadline is Thursday, September 29, 2011.  Click here to register online.

Packet Pick-up and late registration will be on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 12:00 – 3:00 PM at Avon Lake High School Commons.

Stan:  I think I would much more likely be ready for the Wellness Walk than the Wellness Run.  I am excited that Fall is coming.  I only wish I could be spending it up there in CleveBurg.  What a pretty time of year.
