An elderly Arkansas woman called 911 on her cell phone to report her car had been broken into.  She was hysterical as she explained her situation to the dispatcher.  They’ve taken the steering wheel, the brake pedal, the stereo and the gear shifter.  The dispatcher reassured her to stay calm an officer would soon be there.  A few minutes later, the officer radios in “Disregard.”   He says.
