Thie week I've been at the Califiornia Association of Realtors EXPO I San Jose. There are full days of classes and speakers, all with a forward look at what is to come in our industry, but also to keep us up to date on the latest and greatest tools to help us or our clients in our businesses. Here are some of the ones I've learned about:

Zanzar - free online file conversion
Slideshow - publish share PowerPoint presentations and slide shows publicly or privately, from your PC or mobile device
Sizeup - compare your business to the competition
Cloudflare - cloud-based services to help secure and accelerate websites.
Mailchimp - email newsletter
Tonecheck emotional spellcheck for email.
Aviary - easy photo editing
Issueburner - issue tracking, help desk & task management in a single system.
Freshdesk - simple contact management and help desk support management
Nudgemail - reminders you send to yourself
Wakerupper - simple telephone reminders

The ones of most interest to me in terms of priority are Freshdesk and Nudgemail. Will check back and let you know how I use (or not), some of these cool new tech tools.

Cool stuff, Karen. I knew about half of these but will definitely look into the others. Wonder if you could use the emotional spellcheck on AR comments?

I drove through your area a few days ago on our trip to Oakland, and then Lake Tahoe and wondered how you are doing.

DeeDee - one of these days we'll meet in person. Our Meet Up in Fremont a few weeks back was really cool. And I saw one of the AR members i met there at the Expo.
