Do you ever feel like you are getting a little stale?  You've seen the same old thing too many times?  The same issues keep popping up?

I find that once in a while it does the psyche good to just get out of town.  Maybe I take an afternoon off from the day to day stuff and take a drive in the country.  Maybe look at a couple of nice properties out of my normal periphery, and increase my knowledge of local inventory in the offing.

A few weeks ago I had a Realtor up in Corvallis send a commercial property that looked interesting, and today I find myself taking a potential buyer up to look at it.  You never know what may come your way when you least expect it.

So I will spend the afternoon in a town relatively new to me as we check out an investment scenario for my buyer.  Who knows, he might buy it!

It's all about keeping life interesting.  Changing things up from time to time is a healthy thing I believe.  What do you other Active Rainers do to jazz up your Realty lives.  Love to hear from you!

Hi Colin, yes I can relate to that feeling! I try to take time-out with my family - we like to explore the historic districts and local parks. It's not only quality time and refreshing but also great food for my blog!

I hope things go well with your buyer! Expanding one's horizon can lead to amazing results. All the best!
