Market Reports: Completed New Construction in Birmingham, AL

For anyone looking for fabulous deals on new construction in the Jefferson County area of Birmingham, you may want to give me a call quick.  Some of the best deals on new construction can be found in houses that have languished on the market until the project is complete or nearly complete.

As of today, September 22, 2011, there are 16 New Construction (Completed) that have been on the market for over 1000 days (going back to 2007).  My best guess is that the developers want these homes sold in a hurry in order to bring closure to one development while they are making plans for another.

Timing, whether planned or coincidental is everything Debb.

Endre there were probably initially listed as pre-construction to underconstruction and new construction and finally status was changed to completed constructions, but those status changes are not dated like price changes.
