Our Promise to You
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different Moncton inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.
WHAT IS A HOME INSPECTION?
A Home Inspection is a visual examination of the physical condition of a home (or other building). This is usually, but not always, connected to the sale of that home or building and its findings often can determine the successful completion of that sale. I aim to make your Home Inspection and Potential purchase or sale as smooth a transaction as possible. I do not "look" for issues to place in my report. I report on the "Overall Condition of the Home" Much like your Family Doctor( if your lucky enough to have one).... I am knowledgable and experianced in all aspects of your home. If I discover something that requires a "specialist" I will confidently advise you of your best options. Much the same as your Family Doctor would do for you.
A Buyers Choice Moncton Home Inspection will usually include an examination of the foundation and basement, roof, attic, heating and water systems, electrical and plumbing systems, as well as the general condition of the structure itself. As your Home Inspector I will look for poor construction practices and make note of any repairs that might be required or any general maintenance issues. I will also make note of any fire and safety issues that need to be addressed.
Home Inspections are not conducted on a pass or fail basis; it provides a report that shows an itemized list of the condition of the home or building and any work that should be done. An inspection is conducted in about 95% of all real estate home transactions.
