Motivational Power Quote
Failure is a Great Teacher
“Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker.
Failure is delay, not defeat.
It is a temporary detour, not a dead end.
Failure is something we can avoid
only by saying nothing, doing nothing,
and being nothing.”
Dr. Denis Waitley, author
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Failure is a great teacher
When you experience a failure on your success journey use that failure as a learning experience and stepping stone to your future success.
Failure is a temporary condition that we can overcome by finding a solution to the problem and taking the actions to correct the condition. By understanding the failure and what caused the problem to occur your able to adjust and move forward with confidence and a renew commitment not repeating the same mistakes again.
In reality the only time that you would not experience failures and setbacks is when we doing nothing.
Being proactive is the stepping stone to success to greater success and achievement. As you stretch yourself and grow there is always an element of risk involved.
Let failure be your teacher and the lessons that you learn will pave the way on your success journey.
Failure is a great teacher when you have an open mine to use the failure as a learning experience and apply the strategies not to repeat the mistakes.

Lou - We can definitely learn from failure, if we choose to.
Lou, it there is only one thing we could learn from failure or mistakes, it is not to repeat them.
Lou,
I agree good points.
Someone told me go ahead make your mistakes just not the same mistake twice. When we stop trying we will stop making mistakes but we will also stop growing and enjoying life. I tell my kids never give up keep going you are never beat until you give up.
great quote -- failure should be a teacher, but not an undertaker. I like that. In truth, we know that sometimes a failure does cripple a person or a business, but usually it is just a momentary detour if you will pick yourself up off the mat and give it another try. all the best, Eric ^0-0^
Hi Lou, within our struggles are great opportunities if we stay open to them and not quit. Very nice post as always. You are such a motivator!!
Lou,
I couldn't have said it better myself. When I was young, I was fearful to try or do anything because of failure. In my limited wisdom I've collected since then, I realized I'd be better off failing at everything than not trying anything.
Lou- every mistake we make is an opportunity to learn and to hopefully do it better the next time.
So true, Lou. One who 'wins' the failures are the real winners - Failure is indeed one of the 10 rules for success as per Brian Tracy.
Lou, thanks for sharing. You make failure not sound too bad, so I'm going to have to get me some. I hear some of the most successful people are the ones who have failed the most too. :)
Sometimes a failure becomes the light bulb showing the way to success. You can waste failure or use it to your advantage. Choose wisely!
