Well, I've done it. I have joined Active Rain. I have read about it, heard about and have finally decided to sign up. I am still not quite sure what to do in here, but I guess I will learn as I go.
I would love to hear from other professionals in the industry.. both lenders and REALTORS. I want to hear about your experiences and your successes, especially in today's marketplace.

Welcome!! If you haven't tried it yet, click the Search item in the Active Rain menu bar across the top of the screen. From the drop down list choose "Blogs", then type in a topic that interests you, click the search button ,,, and there you go, the results will be blog posts by fellow members on your topic of interest. Read some of the posts, leave comments .... and you are on your way to making new friends and new network connections.
And people do talk about more than real estate here, you can search for technical tips, sports, pets .... you name it!

Good to have you on board. Many members see AR as a marketing tool and it's a good one at that. Some prefer networking, some like to exchange ideas, some just to socialize, etc. To find topics to look into, click on the Search tab and go from there. Enjoy.
