Thanks Brian -  it is funny how many people used to call and inquire about 'the cute little blue house' . . . it really isn't 'little' as it is 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, eat - in kitchen with formal dining room, living room plus family room.  There is also a huge attached workshop and a laundry room.  Strange how deceiving it is :0)
