Hi Karen, although 20 Sequoia Court is 2-stories, it could be accessible. It's on the corner of 2 courts; from the side, access to the lower floor (with kitchen, family room, dining, living, 1 bedrom & bath) would be very easy. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths upstairs with direct access from garage.
