As the writer of this posting and as a Realtor myself - I too get all those lame email solicitations that as me to join this and subscribe to that promising more leads etc.

Our intention is not to sound cheap, nor to over-promise and under-deliver (personally, I cannot stand that) - but we are receiving several emails a day from real people looking to list or move to another place in the US and they simply need help.  What to do???

Currently if we have members in the areas, we send the leads along to them and don't even ask for a commission (this is not our biz model).  As stated in our mission statement - we connect home buyers and sellers looking to relocate with local area real estate pro's.
