How do 11 year old boys make decisions?

I know you know the answer but for the sake of getting it in black and white here in my post, of course, it is through a good ole game of....

ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS, SHOOT

Luckily my son beat out 3 boys, this past week, in his quest to be a particular role in his social studies small group.

Almost daily I see he and his friends using this game to solve their problems.  Bottom line, you can't argue with the outcome.  Each player makes their own choice and the hands are decided at the call of SHOOT.  The only set rule is that it is 2 out of 3 and then the decision is set.

The market is not a mystery!  List price and offer price doesn't need a quick round or two of Rock, Paper, Scissors.

What you should list your home at to achieve a sale is pretty easy to figure.  It may not be the number you desire but inventory is high and that forces a situation of competition and compelling pricing.

Please contact me if you'd like to discuss your home and the possibility of selling it.  I have the information that will help you make a sound decision and I'm ready, willing, and able to help!

Love how you tied the rock, paper, scissors deal in with the certainty a seller gets when pricing a home to sell.

I never did well in this game.  But the rules are universal that is for sure.

Not a bad analogy. From reading AR blogs, it seems like you can compare real estate to almost anything.

Hi Laura,  What a great way to settle a debate.  I think I am going to use this method on Will from now on when he doesn't agree with me.  If only he agreed with me all the time, but he doesn't.....

David - We all like easy!

Chris Ann - Thanks - I love tying things together.

Deborah - You are right, we can play it anytime and maybe should more often.

Rob - It's a good honest game.

William - Gotta go with the paper!

Jill - Very true and many great blogs to read.

Belinda - Be careful, I think boys grew up playing it more than girls... so he may come out a winner!
