I am going to be doing something a little different with my Internet Leads that don't have a Realtor in the Fairvax VA area... I am going to be posting on this blog any time I get a new lead in the Fairfax VA area... Then I will give it to the first agent in the area that replies to this blog that they are interested in the lead (For Free)...

If an hour goes by and no agents post that they want the lead... the lead will then be posted on the Active Rain Referral area... Basically this is a way for you to get a jump on the lead before everybody else finds out about it...

If you really want a jump on the competition for the lead.. I would suggest bookmarking this blog post, or clicking the box "Notify Me Of New Comments" box so you get notified when I post a new lead...

Remember, it will go to the first Realtor in the area that posts a reply to this blog that they want the lead...If after an hour there are no replies, it will go the regular Active Rain Referral area...
