Not too many places you can walk inside a tree...we visited these giants once, I seem to remember banana slugs?

Some of my fondest memories when I was a kid - Redwood and Yellowstone.  Thanks for sharing, Bob.  Truly magnificent natural wonders.

Hello Gary and the FOG that you see in the video is moisture that the Redwood Trees create themselves to survive, they are quite amazing creatures ...

HI Robert,

Great video, those huge trees, are truly amazing aren't they, and with the degree of decay, you wonder how they even stand up, but that is what "experience" will do..... find a way to stand up whre others falter....;)

Hi, VB -- one of the most beautiful things to be found in nature are the big trees -- both the Redwoods and the Sequoias.

By the way, with the road mileage you log, have you ever thought about becoming this generations's verson of Charles Kerault?

I've never been - but the video captures the sheer size of these amazing trees.  It really is quite overwhelming.

VB, such a treat to see.  The smell must be fantastic when you get deep into the forest.  It piques my imagination.

Hello again everyone and yes Kevin ... the smell is incredible, and walking through these Giant Redwoods alone is so calming. I was chatting with someone about my visit to the Redwoods and they said that they are so old and give off so much energy that when your walking alone you see things moving out of the corners of your eyes ...

"Kind of spooky stuff, but very true"
