Private owned homes median price increased 06% in June 2011 from May 2011.  Bank owned homes median price increased 21% in June 2011 from May 2011.  June 2011 median sale price decreased 19% from June 2010. Yr ending June 2011 median sale price compared to yr ending June 2010 increased 02%.  Statistics rounded to nearest % -compiled from RealComp II data believed to be reliable.
