SALE PENDING on New Lot Listing in Glen Haven Estates
I recently wrote a post about how Glen Haven Estates has used the low lake levels as an opportunity to improve their community. In that post I mentioned that I was getting ready to list some lots in that subdivision.
Well, PRAISE THE LORD, those lots are pending TODAY! Actually, they went pending on Friday, I just haven’t had a chance to write about it!
As with all lot listings, I explain that it often takes YEARS to sell lots. Historically their days on market are LONG.
It was my great pleasure to make the phone call saying “I know that I warned you that it could take YEARS to sell your lots, so consider yourself blessed to have an offer in just a little over A WEEK!”
The seller told me that she had prayed over the lots, asking God to show her what to do. Then she said when she called me and I told her that they could take a long time to sell -- but then again, you never know what God is going to do. She said she knew that I was the right REALTOR® for her.
God had his hands all over this sale! LOTS DO NOT NORMALLY SELL FAST! Even waterfront lots can take a while to sell. So, I am doing the dance of joy and want to give Him ALL of the glory!
