When the developers exhausted the land supply in Lake Ridge they bought a major tract just at the west end of Lake Ridge and voila - Westridge was born.  The Springwoods section of Lake Ridge connects with Westridge without having to access Old Bridge Road.

One of the attractive features to families with young children and as a resale asset for everybody is the fact that the subdivision boasts its' own elementary school.
