The fourth quarter of the year will be upon us at the end of the week.  Ask yourself if you're where you want to be right now and are you on track to me your goals and/or quotas.

If not, take some time and put down on paper (or computer) some things that you can do to get yourself there.

A great time to re-assess - I heard once that the best month for high producers was January - Shocking month to have great success - but it was said that all other realtors are throwing in their hats for the year in the fall but the high producer is out there lining up things - and come in running in January - I'm with them this year and will start with your advice - THANKS

Hitting the stars shouldn't be considered second place, espeially since most people out there never even make an attempt to get off of the ground.

I'm with you on that.  I actually take my own advice and am lining up my necesarry activities now.  I don't want to wait until January, I want to have a great end of the year as well as an excellent start into the next.

No time like the present to put on a 10 day push...so that you might generate some sales before the end of the year.

1. make your calls  to your personal referral list

2.  change the pictures of your listings in the mls so that if you get a listing appointment you can show sellers you're on top of things!

3.  mail out some handwritten thank you's for referrals that worked and those that didn't.

4. look over your websites and update the listings or add a new info page

5. Schedule an open house

6 visit some for sale by owners or their open houses

7. take a class or attend a networking group function

8.  get away from your desk, most desk functions are not money making activities; get outside and talk to your neighbors! 

9, take a friend for lunch

10. go to a few brokers opens to learn about new inventory.
