5 Steps for finding the best agent to help you buy a home.
Locate an agent who primarily works with buyers.
Review the agents transaction history.
Has the agent shown experience selling homes in the neighborhoods
you are interrested in?
Do you communicate well with the agent. Do they listen to you
needs?
Are they available after hours and on weekends to assist you?
My business is focused on helping buyers shopping for homes in

Here is a transaction summary of homes I have sold in the last 4
years (2007 - 2004)
PLEASE NOTE: Clicking the street name will locate properties CURRENTLY
FOR SALE, not the home that I sold. If only 1 property is
currently for sale on the street, you will be asked to login to
retrieve the detailed sales information on the property. If there are 2
or more listings on the street you will see the full list of homes now
available for purchase without logging in.

Good day Tanya,
Your transaction history looks like my high school dating history (kinda crude, yes). oh how things have changed!! I was wondering who has the most experience in handling investors in your market place? It seems as though the KC market is a strong market for real estate investors who primarily purchase distressed homes that are found prior to listed on the market. Is it the same in Lawrence?
