12 Comments on The Homebuyer is Missing the Contract Date by Three days.....and EVERYONE IS STILL HAPPY! (Including the Real Estate Agents and Seller!)
Louise - that's great news and so nice to hear that we are taking care of our military for all they do for us! $500 a day is a nice savings and really adds up! Nice to hear good news for a change! I love your sparkly image - I want one, lol!
Louise,
That is a lovely way to present good news. I love your style. A
@Kristine - Thanks for dropping by! and I think YOUR image is pretty darn "sparkly"! And YES, it is good to get a little good news - especially for our men and women in the military.
@A - Thanks for your gracious comments! And YOUR style is pretty LUXURIOUS!
That is a great amount of savings. Buyers and sellers are just happy to close in the end even if there was not a savings.
Chuck - you are so right! And even better when you can save $1,500!!!
I relayed similiar information on a deal to the buyer's agent and she said REALLY? Yep wait until Monday and your client will very happy. She didn't know and I think they'll be bringing me the chilled adult beverage at closing for suggesting the delay.
Hello Louise and this is great news and you are doing a wonderful job!
VB ;o)
Thanks, Bob! (And I DO love the teenage pic!)
Louise,
A win win for everyone. Thanks for bringing this fact to everyone's attention. If I represented the seller I would have done serious lobbying with the seller to go along with the 3 day delay. Who really cares about 3 days anyway. Thanks for the blog and commenting on my blog.
This is a great story and I love hearing good news, especially these days. If anyone deserves to get bene's its those who serve our country!
Thanks for this post and glad I caught it
Did they let them have the discount? I heard that they had decided NOT to lower it. :(
