Real Estate Agents -If you got too much business to handle can I have some of yours? What I can seem to understand is why Real Estate Agents can't pick up their freaking telephone? Do you have that much Real Estate Business that you can't pick up your telephone? Some of these dumb a%# Real Estate Agents just don't get it. You will think if somebody is calling and looking to submit an full price offer on your SHORT SALE listing at that that has been on the market for over 200+days,that they would be jumping to answer their telephone. But not hours but days will go by and I wouldn't hear nothing back from a listing agent. Unbelievable.

And if I need a form from you that I need to send to Equator, can I get it now instead of more than 5 days later? And to top it off,I was sent something that was a bunch of numbers. WHAT! Our job is already tough as it is. Please lets not make it tougher on ourselves than it is already. And of course lets not forget our clients who are counting on us to get the job done for them and do our best to make their home buying and home selling process less stressful. Besides isn't that why they hired us to represent them as their real estate agent?

If you got too much business, please send them my way. I would be more than happy to serve your clients real estate age needs. Heck I will even give you a referral fee. That's just the kind of guy that I am. Am always looking for DC and Md Home buyers who are looking to take advantage of this Real Estate Market and build wealth by buying Prince Georges County Md,Charles County Md,St.Mary's County MD and DC Real Estate for sale just to name a few. So if you are looking for a real estate agent, call THE REAL ESTATE FARMER at 202-378-0283. I'm never too busy to serve your real estate needs.

I think when you can't get a response from an agent within 24 hours, the next logical step would be to contact their broker. They're making the agency look bad - and probably losing business for them.

It is frustratring when you are on deadline to get information back to a customer and you can't get in touch with anyone. Sometimes email is faster, or texting.

I'm thinking that most property managers must have too much business as well.  We get a fair amount of OUR business from folks who got tired of the "other guys" not calling them back.

Frustrating isnt' it Lanre?  I have been in your shoes and will never understand why agents refuse to answer their phones. Surely, their sellers have no idea that the agent they hired is sabotaging their sale.

Good post. I have tried to call agents where you can not leave a message on the voice mail.
