Short Sale Nightmares....I know this is a topic we can all relate on! Were should I start a $400,000 Approved Short Sale. 1st is Approved with Chase 2nd Approved with Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo wont give approval until they see approval from Chase Blah Blah, the buyers lender wont start the transaction until they see both approvals. By the time the 2nd approval takes their sweet time to send over the 1st is 2weeks from expiration...LMAO "SERIOUSLY"...Then once we finally get the 2nd approval its good for only 8 days. "REALLY" So now the buyers lender wont send docs to title until we have both extensions in hand. The roller coaster starts all over again. Until today the buyer decides based on the home inspectors report the AC Unit may be to small for the 3,000 plus sqft home after all. "WHAT" no 2nd opinion just "CANCELLATION" OMG!!!! Well at this point with an auction date set for 10/5/11 we need an offer fast to keep this "BAD BOY" alive...Exhale.
