Weekly Market Update for Breckenridge Real Estate in Breckenridge Colorado

Hello everyone and welcome to another wonderful week in Breckenridge Colorado Real Estate. For the past month or so we have seen an almost even score to new listings verse sold ones but this week the scale has tipped to solds! This is typical towards the end of September and moving into the off season for Breckenridge Real Estate. The snow will be flying soon and everyone is getting ready to ski. (including sellers) That way you will see the slow down of new listings. So NOW is the time to get those last minute deals and get your new property up and going for your enjoyment for rental income for the season!
