In July & Aug 2011 the days a home stayed on the market was only 58 days, which is drastically less compared to the same two months in 2010 93 days.
Unit Sales are up 39% for 2011 Year To Date in Viera West of I-95. Homes Sold through Aug 2011 137, compared to 97 same period 2010. That equals a 39% increase. This figure does not include all newly constructed homes being built, only MLS listed homes. Builders have reported higher sales numbers this year, permits in Viera are way up.
