Active Rain Referral Success Story for Gwynn Teal Carpenter, Broker of Home and Hearth Realty, Inc (Austin Texas)
Aug. 3, 2010..... after doing research on Active Rain to find a Realtor in Duluth, Ga that I felt would meet the needs of mine client, I sent an email to John Michelena of Homes of Atlanta Real Estate. John responded and after a phone call to verify his existence, I sent a referral to him.
Lag time.... put my client's home on the market, went under contract - contract terminated, waited and waited and waited until finally we had a solid contract that closed June 17, 2011.
John was patient keeping in contact with my client and her boyfriend the entire time....once they began the search in Duluth it was a quick process - find the house, close the house, receive the referral check!
