Best Business Practice...Treating Them The Way You Want To Be Treated
Wouldn't it be great if everyone treated every other person they met with respect and with no ulterior motive other than doing the best they can and taking responsibility for what is in their realm of control. Perhaps it's naive and over simplified, but isn't that the answer to all our problems?
In the business world we've all met people who are only "in it" for themselves, or on the job to collect a paycheck, doing the least work and with little consideration for the product they produce, sell, maintain or the service they provide to the customer on the other side of the counter.
My main focus and what I consider is my best business practice is to simply provide the best service possible, treating my clients and associates with respect and more important to me...making good on my word. If I say I'm going to do something, it's as good as done. If I shake your hand, it's a done deal. If I cost my client money...I take care of it. A client comes to me because I provide a service and expectations are that I'm knowledgeable in the real estate arena...I am! I back up that expectation by continually updating my education, constant contact with other business and real estate professionals, reading all I can and the experience I've gained in all these years that the business world of real estate has heaped on me.
I don't need to go on about this simply to fill a page with words...it comes down to this...I treat customers, clients and associates with respect and do what I say I'm going to do because that is what I expect from others and that's the way I want to be treated.
If you need a knowledgeable real estate professional in Madison Alabama or Huntsville Alabama area, why don't you let me Google that for you! I also know outstanding agents in all states and Canada should you need help relocating to a new area.
