School Starting

As school starts across our great nation families begin to settle down and the real estate market takes a turn towards slowing. Something about the warm weather and bright shining sun keep families moving and keep them looking for homes. After 30 days so much rent is lost on a daily basis, it is a lot easier to lower the monthly price by $50 or $100 and find a qualified renter that can and will pay rent each month.
