The Grand Champions in Wailea Maui, is a world-class resort with spacious villas set amongst lush tropical landscaping. The resort was completed in 1990 and is comprised of 20 low-rise buildings, with a total of 188 apartments. Upper floor units have vaulted ceilings for a more airy feel. A typical 2 bedroom air condtioned unit has over 1,100 sf of living area, and over 200 sf of lanai. Some units have incredible ocean and fairway views, while others have a more tranquil and private garden view. A nice selling point of some units is the lock-out feature, where you have 2 entrance doors, and can separate the condo resulting in a full kitchen 1 bedroom unit, and a hotel room with small fridge. Each unit can then be used separately, depending on need. There are 2 pools at this popular vacation destination, each with a spa. Short term rentals are allowed, and there are many companies here on Maui that will manage your property for you, such as Destination Resorts, and Resort Quest. The complex does not allow pets though, but there are other places that do.
For the visitor who likes to be active, the Wailea Tennis Club is located next door, as well as Wailea Blue Golf Course. Joe's Bar and Grill is close enough to walk to, so you don't have to worry about drinking and driving home. The Shops at Wailea is just a short stroll or drive away, where you can find all sorts of restaurants and retail stores, and of course Real Estate companies such as Wailea Realty, Wailea Group, Century 21 All Islands, Sotheby's International, and Coldwell Banker Island Properties. 
Wailea is a well known world-class destination, famous for its beautiful beaches and scenery, and the wonderful sunny climate. If you have ever traveled to Maui and stayed here, you know what I mean.
