Mmmm Shrimp Boil on a Stick!

 A simple recipe. If you like Kabobs on the grill, and have a taste for seafood as well...You're going to love this one!

You'll Need: 12 Jumbo Shrimp, (peel & devein)., 3 ears fresh corn (husk & cut into 1 in. pieces.,) tiny new potatoes, and 1 lb. andouille sausage (cut the sausage also in 1 in. pieces.)

Directions: In a Dutch oven, cook potatoes in boiling salt water for 5 minutes, add corn; return mixture to a boiling another 5 minutes,. Drain, set aside and cool slightly. On 10 inch presoaked skewers, thread shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn. (Add Green onion too, if you like onion.) Baste with Olive Oil, squeeze lemon over assembled skewers, and lightly sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning, lightly salt & pepper to taste.

The Grill: Grill Skewers on the greased rack of an uncovered grill for 8-10 minutes on medium high, or until shrimp are opaque, turning once on each side. Serve with a small dipping cup of melted butter, and Garlic Bread.
