Guard Cat Determined To Scare Away Buyers (Funny Video)

I have a new listing and the cat is a bit protective of the house. I went to take photos the other day when the seller was gone, but the cat was home. When I met the seller at the house to get the listing started the cat followed me around and hissed at me and even lounged at me and pounced on my leg. It also gave me the "stare of death" or "evil eyes" which means it did not like me.

The seller said he does that to everyone. (Great for showings I thought). This is a short sale listing and the seller is aware the cat might be a problem so we are probably going to have to do 24 hour notice to have the cat out of there or showings after 5pm when the seller is home.

When I was back in the house I did a video of the cat because its pretty funny how it acts. When I first came in to do photos in basically attacked me. It does not bite or scratch so knowing that I was fine. But for someone else coming in and not knowing that they might have a heart attack. The owner suggested I feed it Tuna and try to pet it. The video below shows the results. (It was a little calm if you want to imagine how it was before getting fed.)

Chuck - Thankfully none of my sellers have had pets that attack.

Chuck, that was hilarious!  I've never had a cat do that to me.  He is definitely a guard cat!

Chuck, that's funny! You're pretty brave to keep sticking your hand down there.
