It's not easy, but you are certainly well able to take care of Real Estate in Raleigh / Cary / Apex, NC! ....and even better, they'll laugh and enjoy themselves along the way.

Michelle - I just picked up a ne wbuyer the other day because he said he liked the fact that I know my stuff but that I know how to have some fun while doing the job! Nothing wrong with enjoying our chosen profession and making people smile along the way.

Craig, this might just be a great strategy. I once knew an agent who was such a horrible driver that people would make offers so they wouldn't have to get back into her car.
Why that sounds like a great idea! I have always wanted to hang out with somebody "famous"!
